During my internship at BeTechified, I contributed to AI-driven and mobile product initiatives by assisting in user research, defining requirements, and collaborating closely with designers and developers to enhance usability and delivery clarity.

Assisted in UI/UX collaboration using Figma for user flows and prototypes
Conducted user research and competitive analysis to shape product positioning
Used Jira, Confluence, and Notion to document requirements and track progress
